The 5-day National Workshop and Technical Working Sessions on the preparation of the Memorandum on the Foreign Trade Regime of Turkmenistan are organised as part of Cluster II of the Work Programme on the preparation on the Memorandum and other documentary inputs for the activation of the accession process of Turkmenistan to the WTO, aiming towards completion of the Memorandum in Q2 2024. The circulation of this document will pave the way for having the 1st meeting of the Working Party in 2024. The sessions of this Cluster will focus on MFTR sections on Trade in Goods (Import/Export Regulations).
