Description
The visit of the WTO delegation is organized as a follow up to the meeting between WTO DG Dr Ngozi Okonji-Iweala and Vice-Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov on 18 April 2023, to assist Turkmenistan in the launch of the domestic preparation for the WTO accession process. The visit includes high-level meetings with Government and donors (29-30 May), and the Round Table on Turkmenistan's WTO Accession with the participation of the Government Commission on WTO Accession of Turkmenistan, representatives of all relevant authorities of Turkmenistan and development partners (31 May).
