Description
The workshop will focus on the transparency provisions of the SPS and TBT Agreements. The workshop will combine lectures, exercises and interactive on-line sessions aimed at enhancing Jamaica's overall understanding of the SPS and TBT transparency provisions, so as to enhance its fulfilment of transparency obligations and participation in the work of the SPS and TBT Committees. The hands-on training exercises will be geared at preparing notifications and searching for information using the SPS/TBT Notification Submission Systems (NSS) and SPS/TBT Information Management Systems (IMS), as well as the ePing system.
