Description
The primary aim of this technical assistance program is to enhance the capacity of government officials from Türkiye in the domain of trade remedies, specifically focusing on anti-dumping, safeguards, and countervailing duty measures. The program was designed to address the needs of the case handlers who are conducting trade remedy investigations. At the end of the training, it is expected that:
- Junior investigators will have developed their expertise in WTO regulations, increase their interest and curiosity in the field, and acquire knowledge on investigation practices.
- Senior investigators will have improve their knowledge of WTO dispute settlement decisions on trade remedies, develop a better understanding of their interpretation, and improve their investigation practices.
