Description
The activity was requested by Malaysian government to enhance their understanding on Agreement on Agriculture (AoA) and their capacity of fulfilling the notification obligation. The 3-day workshop will focus on the three pillars (domestic support, market access, and export competition) under AoA with respect to Malaysia's entitlement, including transparency requirements and notification exercise. The workshop will also include the latest issues and dynamics with regard to agricultural negotiations, as well as utilizing the database for a more active participation in regular meetings in Committee of Agriculture.
