This is an onsite evaluation of a TA activity, and an evaluation (the first of this kind for Tonga) of the effects and impact of WTO TA delivered to Tonga.
The dates for meetings with stakeholders (Ministry of Trade, Agriculture, Fisheries, etc.) are still pending. Due to the overlap with the workshop, the meetings will probably be held on Monday 23 September or Friday 27 September in the afternoon.
