UNDESA will organize an ePing workshop in Livingstone, Zambia, at the request of the government of Zambia, from 19-21 November 2024. UNDESA aims to introduce the ePing online platform and the ePing smartphone app to key stakeholders in Zambia, allowing them to fully benefit from ePing and the WTO transparency framework on product requirements. This is a second, follow-up ePing workshop to the first one that was held in November 2023 in Lusaka. UNDESA and WTO have an existing trilateral MoU, together with ITC, on the implementation of the ePing, including collaboration on delivery of TA on this issue. It is in this context, that a representative of the WTO Secretariat is invited to participate as a speaker in the workshop being organized by UNDESA.
