Description
This training course is part of the Trade&Gender 360° Strategy, the WTO's capacity-building programme on trade and gender for government officials. It targets trade negotiators and government officials from various ministries, including trade, foreign affairs and finance. The training course develops government officials' awareness of trade and gender issues. It covers how gender concepts can apply to trade policy making, guides officials in using the WTO's trade and gender policy tools, looks at the collection of trade data broken down by gender, and focusses on how gender perspectives can be integrated into trade policies.

A call for participation and an invitation letter will be distributed to all beneficiaries of trade-related technical assistance. Each applicant will submit a letter of motivation and a letter of endorsement from his/her authority/agency/ministry as well as an application form.
