In the context of its accession process, Uzbekistan is revising its agricultural supporting tables (AGST) to facilitate negotiations on the establishment of its domestic support commitment under the Agreement on Agriculture (AoA). Authorities are requesting technical assistance to broaden the expertise of government officials on the AoA domestic support framework and the preparation of such a revised AGST document. The objective of the technical mission is to contribute to an early finalization of its revised AGST document and to be able to engage in discussions with interested Members on matters related to agricultural subsidization.
