Description
The objective of this national workshop is to help the participants from Peru to better understand the obligations of the TBT Agreement and the work of the TBT Committee. This will help them, among other things, to better prepare and apply their TBT measures, better participate in the work of the Committee. It will also help them better identify when they must notify their draft regulations as well as the procedures to follow in order to comply with international commitments under the TBT Agreement, including the participation of the private sector in public consultation processes.
