As part of the Masterclass series organised by the ITU, this webinar will feature a panel discussion of leading experts from academia, government and SME representatives discussing the access of small and medium sized businesses to government procurement tenders announced abroad. The WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA 2012) will be explored as a trade liberalisation and good governance tool. The webinar will be open to the public.
