Description
The purpose of the Virtual Executive Trade Course is to present current issues of interest to the WTO Membership aimed at increasing the understanding on these topics as well as encouraging critical thinking to explore the linkages between WTO rules and disciplines and countries' trade policies and interests in the multilateral trading system.
Five modules, each covering a different topic during a specific week, will be offered during this first edition (see attached programme). Each module will present the issues under discussion during a session organized at the beginning of the week and a follow-up session (Q&A, roundtable) will take place during the second part of the week. Most of the session will be offered through an asynchronous modality, although a few ones will be offered "live" (and then made available during a limited period of time).
