Description
The activity has been designed upon the request from Guyana in order to (i) enable the public officials of Guyana to apply in practice the concepts and analyses required in trade remedy investigations, particularly in antidumping and countervailing investigations; (ii) provide elements on the pre-investigation and investigation process, the engagement of the Authority with interested parties and the collection of data; and (iii) provide methodology for the calculation of dumping/subsidy margins and the assessment of injury and causation.
