The WTO Chair in Nigeria at Nnamdi Azikiwe University is organizing an International Conference of the African Trade Group (ATG) of WTO Chairs in Abuja on 9 and 10 November 2026. The event is being organized in collaboration with the University of Zurich, whose support is permitting the in-person participation of African Chairholders. The theme of the conference is: “AfCFTA and the Geoeconomics of African States: Integration, Power, and Structural Transformation ”.
