The Annual Trade Dialogue of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) will review regional and global trade developments to increase awareness of shifting trade dynamics so as to support evidence-based policy decision-making. The Dialogue will identify and address trade-related challenges and opportunities, discuss actionable ideas for IORA Member State policy initiatives and projects, including in areas related to the blue economy and the transition to a low-carbon and climate-resilient global economy.
