The national Workshop on Import Licensing and Notifications will cover presentations on the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures, on the work of the Committee, and on notification requirements. Presentations will be followed by case studies on different types of Import Licensing Procedures. Participants will work on practical exercises on different types of notification requirements, specifically the notification of legislation and the notification of the annual questionnaire. The workshop will include exercises on preparing notifications, including preparation of a draft submission of notifications.
