This Workshop aims at facilitating the understanding of the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) 2012 by familiarising participants with the main elements and the principles of the Agreement. Particular emphasis is placed on the Kyrgyz Republic's pending GPA accession negotiation and on options for re-engaging with GPA Parties with a view to successfully concluding the negotiation.
