As a pilot project of the Action on Climate and Trade (ACT) initiative, the Government of Rwanda has requested a WTO national activity to assist the government officials in relevant Ministries to engage with the WTO Secretariat to identify available trade tools that could be used to enhance their climate mitigation and adaptation plans as well as contribute to the objective of sustainable development in the Preamble of the Marrakesh Agreement.
