Description
The workshop will focus on the following areas: the key principles of the TBT Agreement; on-going work in the TBT Committee; the transparency framework and ePing; international standards; conformity assessment and quality infrastructure. The Workshop will provide a forum to share national and regional experiences in the implementation of the Agreement, including in the respect of national and regional coordination on TBT matters.

A selection process will be conducted to fill the 40 available spaces for this workshop. Invited governments are requested to nominate four capital-based officials from relevant ministries and agencies. Nominees should be directly involved in TBT issues, with responsibilities or substantive professional experience in the field. Applications are submitted directly to the AMF for consideration.
