Eligible governments are invited to submit 8 capital-based candidates with the required profile from which a maximum of 5 will be selected by the WTO.

Candidates should be middle/seniors level officials working on WTO matters, who have proven professional experience and responsibilities in trade negotiations be it at the bilateral, regional, or multilateral level, or are familiarized with the theory and concepts of trade negotiation and are due to assume responsibilities in the area of trade negotiations in a near future.
