Description
The purpose of the Mission is two-fold: 1) to present the Accession Package, as adopted by the Working Party, ad referendum, to the new Government and the Parliament and to reach out to other involved stakeholders as requested, so that necessary decisions could be made by the Government for the formal action and signing of the Accession Protocol at MC13; and, 2) to assist the Government on the development of a comprehensive Post-Accession Implementation Strategy, which will be presented by the Preme Minister of Timor-Leste at MC13.
